Announcing New Volunteer Programs at AMP

AMP Volunteers

Make a difference in your community…volunteer with AMP!

Have you been looking for opportunities to give back to your Atlanta community in a fun and creative way? In honor of National Volunteer Month, we’ve created two brand new ways you can support AMP’s work in the Atlanta community: the Atlanta Music Project Street Team and the Practice Makes Professional Series.

By participating in our new volunteer programs, you will help AMP achieve its mission of inspiring social change through music, while getting to know the AMP Young Artists on and off the stage! Please read on for details and how you can participate. Future AMP Volunteers, we look forward to meeting you!

Atlanta Music Project Street Team

Be a vital part of the Atlanta Music Project by volunteering as a member of the AMP Street Team. Street Team members assist with concert and event operations and transportation of our Young Artists. Use your time and talents to take AMP performances from great to spectacular!

For more information about joining the AMP Street Team and to sign up, visit the AMP Street Team website.

Practice Makes Professional Series

In this musical twist on a traditional “Career Day,” you and a small group of friends or colleagues will spend an hour at one of the AMP sites, enjoying a private mini-concert and speaking to our Young Artists about your professional journey. Inspire our Young Artists with your story of success and share insight into your education and chosen career. All professions welcome!
