Afropunk finds space in a packed festival scene

Brooklyn-born alt brand isn’t visiting, they’re moving in by Maurice Garland No one has bothered to create an official database to prove it, but it's not a stretch to say that Atlanta has the most festivals in the Southeast, if not the country. We have festivals named after trees, festivals for food trucks, festivals for hip-hop, festivals for country music, festivals for black art, festivals for Jewish films, festivals for ice cream, festivals for beer, and yes, we even have festivals hosted inside cemeteries.…
