Methuzulah perseveres with 'Roads & Barriers' feat. Ras Kofi and Born Foster

The almighty Methuzulah sharpens up his knives once again, this time for a stroll through the graffiti-strewn side streets and forgotten alleyways of Downtown Atlanta. “Roads and Barriers” offers the first look at what’s in store with Methuzulah’s forthcoming album, Crystal Ball — the CD release party is slated for Sat., Dec. 26, but the album's official release date falls after the New Year's rush on Sat., Jan. 16.

In the meantime, Zulu Nation affiliates Ras Kofi (MC) and Born Foster (trumpet) join in, giving rise to a slow and simmering traipse through the darkest recesses of hip-hop production laced with Kofi’s South African inflections.…
