First Look: ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Reunion Show!

I reported to you guys a few weeks back(click here) that the ladies of The Real Housewives of Atlanta was going to bring it. I gave you full details on what they were going to wear on set and the some things that went down. Now Bravo has released the steamy teaser for you to view and I have it inside! I LOVE Kenya Moore’s lace gown and also Porsha Stewart’s look, yes mam! I must say we girls here in Atlanta bring the fashions but their season was a bit lackluster to me, just saying. Maybe they can redeem themselves with their three-part sit down with Andy Cohen premiering April 26th at 8pm, second part Sunday, May 3rd at 8pm the last one airing May 10th at 8pm. Whew! Channing Tatum Twerks For J Lo At MTV Movie Awards

Oh my! CHANNING TATUM aims to please! The MAGIC MIKE XXL star twerked for JENNIFER LOPEZ after presenting her with an MTV MOVIE AWARD last night. Fellow cast mates ADAM RODRIGUEZ, MATT BOMER, and JOE MANGANIELLO looked on in amusement as CHANNING showed off his twerking skills for J.LO. MAGIC MIKE XXL opens in theaters nationwide on July 1st! Synopsis: “Magic Mike XXL” reunites Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, Joe Manganiello, Kevin Nash, Adam Rodriguez and Gabriel Iglesias, stars of the 2012 worldwide hit “Magic Mike.”

Picking up the story three years after Mike bowed out of the stripper life at the top of his game, “Magic Mike XXL” finds the remaining Kings of Tampa likewise ready to throw in the towel. But they want to do it their way: burning down the house in one last blow-out performance in Myrtle Beach, and with legendary headliner Magic Mike sharing the spotlight with them.

On the road to their final show, with whistle stops in Jacksonville and Savannah to renew old acquaintances and make new friends, Mike and the guys learn some new moves and shake off the past in surprising ways.

Joining the returning cast, in brand new roles, are Amber Heard (“The Rum Diary”), Donald Glover (“Community”), Stephen ‘tWitch’ Boss (“Step Up Revolution”) and Michael Strahan (“Live with Kelly and Michael”), with Andie MacDowell (“Footloose”), Elizabeth Banks (“The Hunger Games” franchise), and Jada Pinkett Smith (“Gotham”).

“Magic Mike XXL” is directed by Emmy Award winner Gregory Jacobs (“Behind the Candelabra”), who served as a producer on “Magic Mike,” as well as numerous features in a long-running collaboration with Steven Soderbergh. “Magic Mike XXL” is produced by Nick Wechsler, Gregory Jacobs, Channing Tatum and Reid Carolin, with a screenplay by Carolin. Steven Soderbergh, who directed the first film.

Wardrobe Breakdown: Gabrielle Union At Miami Open

I’ve been trying to find out who made Actress Gabrielle Union’s floral print dress for a week now. I was sent these images of her cheering on her friend Serena Williams at the 2015 Miami Open but I kept looking at this dress, like I know Ive seen this somewhere! Gabby was also spotted in the Moët & Chandon lounge during the tennis tournament taking a few fun snaps. Then later my friend/fashion blogger Ariana posted a picture on instagram wearing the exact same dress! I knew it looked familiar and sure enough, its from Zara and reasonably priced. Something fun to wear out and about and its not screaming bright florals for those that like to keep it simple and toned down. I really enjoyed the look and strategic styling of singer Erykah Badu’s outfit at the Black Girls Rock event last weekend. She killed this look and only she could pull off such style like this. Although it looks very thrown together an all over the place, oh but I digress….

This beauty wore a designer graffiti coat by Donna Karan from the Spring 2015 collection. I’m sure if Erykah was walking down the street, you would swear she was a hobo or homeless person if you didn’t recognize her lol. This entire outfit was pretty expensive though and took a lot of time to style. I love the total look from head to toe. xoxo

North West For Vogue Kids

Just turning the ripe ol’ age of twenty-one months, North West makes her modeling debut for the cover of Vogue Kids awh, she looks so adorable! Not so bad for a newbie baby model, landing a cover of such a prestige magazine huh? We could be so lucky and I’m sure she is saying, each your heart out lol. What could be next for this cutie pie since her first magazine cover is what so many other aspiring models dream of? Vogue Kids is a quarterly supplement for the tiny tots and I am here for it! First Lady Michelle Obama Makes Stunning Appearance At ‘Black Girls Rock’

Over the weekend First Lady Michelle Obama attended the taping of of the fifth annual Black Girls Rock awards in Newark, New Jersey. The event celebrates women of color who’ve made a some type of impact in the world over the past year. All the ladies looked extremely beautiful that hit the white carpet but something about Michelle Obama stood out from the star-studded crowd!

Normally Michelle Obama wears really cute and conservative dresses but when Flotus hit the stage to give her speech, she was rocking a white, off-the-shoulder fitted corseted dress. I found this to be a bit shocking and I loved every minute of it, yes she slayed! From the hair, the sparkly jewels and the metallic heels that are on trend for Spring, she was a perfect ten!

Pinktastic Saturday: 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage

In the market for a new vehicle? Well how about this Pinkalicious all-new Mitsubishi Mirage that I spotted at the Atlanta International Auto Show today! It made me do a double take when I was walking past and I had to stop to check it out! It was the only pink vehicle on the floor and I think its really adorable and must I add, it makes for a great Pinktastic Saturday post! I love small cars because they handle well and they are good on gas and Lord knows, I live out in the sticks, so I try really hard to conserve my gas lol! Rocking My Fedora For Spring!

Are you a hat person? I always forget that I have them but really enjoy wearing them when I can. Especially around Easter time or if I am invited out to a luncheon or tea party, I really go all out! Do you plan on wearing a Easter Bonnet this year? I was looking on the calendar today and noticed that Easter is fast approaching yikes, time sure flies! I saw this two-toned striped fedora at Forever 21 yesterday out shopping with my daughter and thought to take a few selfies in it, love how lightweight it was, the stripes and the style of it. Here in Atlanta, it can get really hot, so I always wear them at the pool or just running errands to keep cool. Happy Friday everyone! xoxo

I remember a few years ago when I was able to get my big legs in a pair of tall, fitted boots. I can’t find them to save my life right now but guess what? Now the new fashion trend for fall are these “glove boots” which are coming back in style you guys! I am not really thinking about Fall right now, since its getting warm out here but anyway they will be a huge hit for the fall season! If you have a pair of these fun go go looking boots in your closet, you can pull them out and rock them for Autumn! Rihanna Talks ‘Home’ With Vanity Fair Italia

Rihanna recently sat down with Vanity Fair Italia to talk about her role in the animated film HOME, her character and the music in the movie, her mom and more! This hits newsstands today. Check it all out inside!

Rihanna describes her character Tip and how she can relate to her.

“Tip is strong, independent. Not to be discouraged, she knows what she wants and never gives up, without waiting for the help of others. She’s a little cheeky as I was. However sensitive. It sounds strange, but I’m very shy. I can only spontaneous if I’m fine with those around me.”

Rihanna talks about her mother, who is a lot like Tip’s mom.

“I recognize a lot in the relationship between Tip and her mother. My mom is a force of nature. I know that everyone says: I have the best mother in the world. But I’m really convinced. She has always filled me with affection and has never tried, nor has judged my friends. Her presence reassures me. I’m glad it was Jennifer Lopez who got to be the voice of my character’s mother. When she speaks, I feel the same warmth and the same security that my own mother gives me.”

Rihanna explains what Home means in the film, and tells what home means to her.

“Home, in the film, is all about reuniting with the people you love. For me, they are always around, the lifeline, when I return in the evening to my hotel room, is the TV: news, reality shows, movies, documentaries, cartoons. I learned to call any place where I feel safe as home. But there is no place like Barbados. My beaches, my family, my food, my music. Home, for me, it’s right there.”

The movie Home hits theaters on Friday!
