Y'all didn't seriously think we were gonna let the day end without blowing out these candles now did you? 

On this date 17 years ago, OutKast released its third album Aquemini and fans the world over have been arguing over which is better — Aquemini or ATLiens — ever since. Not that we have any skin in the game but this lil' oral history on the "Making of Aquemini," published five years ago, makes us a tad partial.…
