It's almost that for the French Quarter Festival in New Orleans.... Have you ever attended?  Last year (2019) was our first time attending and we totally loved it.  

The French Quarter Festival is the largest showcase of Louisiana music in the world. More than 20 stages throughout the French Quarter celebrate local music and represents various genres from traditional and contemporary jazz to R&B, New Orleans funk, folk, gospel, Latin, Zydeco, Cajun, cabaret, and more. Best of all the French Quarter Festival is free, so make plans to attend the French Quarter Festival.
