Atlanta's Mayor Kasim Reed upset the city's local police union when he appeared in a photo with rappers Ludacris, Young Jeezy and comedian Chris Tucker with their arms raised in a gesture that is commonly known as "hands up, don't shoot." The gesture has come to symbolize tension between law enforcement and minority communities following the death of Ferguson, Mo. teenager Michael Brown, who was killed last year in a police-involved shooting.
