Just last month, Eyedrum hosted the seventh edition of it's annual Respite series, one of the many consistent experimental music nights that have taken root in Atlanta's music scene. Now, the art and music gallery welcomes yet another new series to the fold: Graphic Scores, a "roughly quarterly concert entirely that features graphic scores, each performed by two different ensembles."
Curated by Eyedrum board member and booker Robby Kee, who also maintains the monthly Invent Room Pop, Graphic Scores utilizes abstract compositions (example above) and multiple sets of players to interpret each piece as they see fit.…
